You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on uncat99. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. uncat99 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth certificate) at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued will be voided. 18+ only. Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on uncat99. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitute a violation of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, bonus funds will be forfeited, and pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled pending a full review of account activity.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. It is your responsibility to keep your registration details current; you may update them via your account settings or by contacting the support team at support@uncat99.

uncat99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳5,000, or at any point where the platform's risk management systems flag an account for review, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. uncat99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify uncat99 immediately via the support team. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

The Platform must not be used as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to legitimate gaming activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing bets, or any activity consistent with money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities. All transactions are monitored by automated fraud detection systems operating around the clock. uncat99 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will cooperate with any legitimate regulatory inquiry.

All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT (৳). uncat99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own service charges, which are outside uncat99's control. In the event that a transaction is made in a currency other than BDT, the amount will be converted at the prevailing market exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction, and any resulting currency conversion costs are borne by the User.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's systems, as evidenced by a unique bet reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your account's bet history. Bets placed during periods of system latency, connectivity interruption, or price feed delay may be voided at uncat99's discretion. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to the wager, regardless of any subsequent odds movement, subject to the in-play betting rules in Clause 5.2.

Live in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, ODI, and Test matches), football, and other sports are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of play (e.g., wickets in cricket, penalty kicks in football). Bets placed immediately before a market is suspended may be held pending acceptance or voided if the acceptance window has closed. uncat99's in-play trading team reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any in-play market at any time without prior notice.

All casino games on uncat99 — including slots, table games, and video poker — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied and audited by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi using professionally trained dealers in controlled studio environments. The Platform does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

uncat99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event was abandoned or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time (BST); (b) an obvious pricing error occurred due to a data feed failure; (c) the bet was placed after the event's result was already known (late bet); or (d) evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is identified by official governing bodies including the ICC, FIFA, or the Bangladesh Football Federation. Voided bets are refunded at the original stake amount with no deductions.

Maximum winnings per single bet event are capped at ৳5,000,000 for sports betting and ৳2,000,000 for casino games, unless otherwise stated in the specific game or market rules. Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to a maximum total payout of ৳10,000,000 per settlement period. uncat99 reserves the right to split exceptionally large winning payments into multiple instalments, notifying the Player in advance of the schedule.

Bonuses are available to verified, active account holders in good standing. A player who has been self-excluded, placed under a voluntary spending limit that prevents bonus wagering, or whose account is under review is not eligible to receive or use bonus funds during that period. uncat99 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw or modify any promotional offer without prior notice.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount in real-money wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified per promotion. Real-money funds in a player's balance are used for wagering before bonus funds unless the player explicitly selects otherwise.

All bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different timeframe. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from those bonus funds are forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted except in exceptional circumstances at uncat99's sole discretion.
